Goat Milk Stuff Salves for Your Skin

Salves are ointments that have been used for centuries to promote skin healing. They stay on the skin well and absorb over time. This is why we blend our active ingredients with skin-nourishing extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, essential oils and vitamin E. These ingredients help care for and repair your skin while the salve works it magic.

Our all-natural salves are designed to help you with some common skin issues and general aches and pains. We use these salves all the time on the farm, since each one has specific benefits that we just seem to need over and over again! Our family loves them and many of our customers have experienced wonderful results as well!

Arnica Salve

The Arnica Salve is wonderful for muscle soreness, sprains, bruises and may even help improve arthritis pain. Our family has used the Arnica Salve extensively for muscle soreness after workouts or particularly heavy chore days and it made a huge difference!.

Arnica is naturally anti-inflammatory and can stimulate blood flow. Increased circulation can help decrease bruising and swelling. The anti-inflammatory properties of arnica may also help relieve the joint pain that accompanies arthritis. We can't guarantee that it will help with arthritis pain, but we have had many customers report positive experiences after using the Arnica Salve, so it may be worth a try!

Comfrey Salve

Comfrey contains allantoin, which has been scientifically proven to aid in the growth of new skin cells. It also contains rosmarinic acid which can help decrease pain and inflammation. The comfrey plant has a long history in traditional medicine of being used as a treatment for sprains, bruises, scrapes, bites, burns and more. We use both comfrey root and comfrey leaf in our salve to give your skin the extra boost it needs during the healing process.

We use the Comfrey Salve on everything from bug bites to minor scrapes. And it is a staple on our vacation packing lists because it does wonders in helping skin heal from the effects of sunburn.

Jewelweed Salve

Jewelweed is a natural antidote for skin inflictions such as poison ivy, stinging nettle, and more. We wild harvest and process fresh jewelweed and infuse it in oils. Then we use the infused oil to make our Jewelweed Salve and Jewelweed Goat Milk Soap.

On its own or paired with our Jewelweed Goat Milk Soap, our Jewelweed Salve can help your skin with the swelling and discomfort that can come from poison ivy.
